1. Agreement

By using flora-tea.com or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• Wholesale prices apply only to verified business accounts.
• Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store full card details.
• We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions

Flora Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price. You can cancel any time from your account; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Shipping & returns

• UK delivery in 3–5 business days (express 1–2).
• Unused, sealed products may be returned within 14 days.
• Defective items: contact us for replacement or refund.

5. Liability

Flora Tea is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and limit our liability to the amount paid for the affected order.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England.
